Information About Our Name Logs
All Name Logs are made out of Osage Orange Hedge Logs ,wich is a very hard wood. They come in two sizes. Six inch letters and four inch letters. The six inch letter log is ten inches in diameter and at least eight foot long. The four inch letter log is aprox. six inches in diameter and he wil make it as long as he needs to get the name in it. Both sizes come with the support logs to keep it up off the ground. They come sealed for outdoors. It take aprox. three weeks to get it after you order. Because of the size,we cannot ship. You can do a credit card order over the phone by calling us at 636-528-6227. We will then call you when it comes in so you can pick it up.. We are about 45 min. from St. Louis in Troy ,Mo.
We can also put figurines on both side of your name. He can just about do anything in the larger log and has done horse heads,fish with catails, sheep, cows, dump trucks, trains, dear, and our most popular is a pair of oak leaves on each side. On the smaller log, he will only do oak leaves or a shamrock, because there isn't enough room to get any more detailed.
